Is transportation provided and where
do I meet you?
Yes, transportation is provided. Our
pick-up point is at the "Bus Stop #1" sign, that
is 5-6 minutes walking distance left from the Cruise Ship
terminal (on the water front) across from the Waterfront Center.
Our van is clearly marked "Stingray City Charters"
and will be waiting there for you.
Is snorkeling equipment provided?
Yes, snorkeling equipment and snorkeling
vests are provided.
Is drink provided?
Yes, fruit punch, drinking water and
a cooler with ice is provided. You are welcome to bring any
additional food or beverages.
How deep is the water?
Stingray City the Sandbar is from
2 to 5ft deep. The Coral Gardens and the Barrier Reef are
from 8 to 10 ft deep.
How do I pay for the excursion?
A credit card no. is required to guarantee
your reservation, but you may pay in cash or travelers checks
on arrival. You can fax or call to provide a credit card no.

What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is 72 hours
advance notice for no charge. Less than 72 hours notice will
result in 50% charge and no show is full charge.
If my Ship does not come into Port am
I still charged?
No, if for any reason your ship cannot
arrive here on its regular scheduled day, there will be no
charge.
